The party began with a singalong and dance session, thanks to music therapist Maria, who attends the care home once a week. The celebration continued with the residents’ families who joined in on the fun for an afternoon filled with reminiscing, tea, coffee and very importantly cake.
Senior Care Assistant Kim Nixon, who organised the event said: “It was such a lovely day being able to celebrate the people who make Drumlough House, our residents.
"After a hard few years of covid restrictions it was great to reunite with families and past colleagues to enjoy a day dedicated to a place that has held such a big place in our hearts over the years.”
